The Supernova is a washed blend from Calgary-based roaster 94 Celsius, combining beans from two distinct origins. The first component is a washed field blend sourced from Wilton Benitez farm in Cauca, Colombia; the second is a washed Parainema varietal grown by Sara Priscila Cerrato at Finca Las Penas in El Paraiso, Honduras. Both farms contribute washed processing throughout, giving the blend its clean, cohesive character.
In the cup, the Supernova delivers fruity and creamy notes with a comforting cocoa finish — a smooth and sweet profile with subtle fruit brightness. It is designed to work equally well as a filter brew or espresso, making it a versatile everyday option.
