Notes
Hatch’s Gamma is a blend of Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffees roasted to a medium level in Canada. Designed to work as both a filter and espresso, it sits in the approachable middle ground — versatile enough to pull tight as an espresso with intense flavour, or open with more balance as a filter brew.
Expect a bright and complex cup: floral and citrus notes lift the top end while caramel sweetness and dark chocolate round out the body. The Guatemalan component contributes structure and depth; the Ethiopian brings aromatics and a fruity brightness.
