Notes
Hatch’s Starlight is a single-origin Ethiopian washed coffee from the Bombe region, roasted to a medium level and designed to shine as both a filter and espresso. Hatch describes it as “an adventurous profile, that is a little more developed and thus offering itself for use as a vibrant espresso and filter coffee.”
The cup leads with floral aromatics alongside stone fruit sweetness and bright citrus character — classic hallmarks of a washed Ethiopian Heirloom. The medium roast keeps structure while preserving the coffee’s natural clarity and lift.
