Hatch’s Supernova is a single-origin Brazilian coffee processed naturally and roasted to a medium level in Canada. Designed to perform as both a filter brew and espresso, it carries the approachable richness that Brazilian naturals are known for — sweet, fruited, and grounded in chocolate.
Expect a lush cup: berry brightness sits on top of a praline sweetness, with baker’s chocolate rounding out the finish. The natural processing amplifies the fruit-forward character while keeping the body full and smooth.
