Notes

Sourced from Ikore Kofi, a specialty importer working with Valencia Roasters (est. 2014). Grown in the Sigri estate, Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, at 1,200–2,200 MASL. SCA 86+.

Expect dark chocolate, honey, warm spice, and a long molasses finish. The high-altitude Bourbon, Typica, and Mundo Novo varietals give the cup a dense, syrupy body and natural sweetness that rewards a patient brew.

Profile based on medium-washed defaults with a warmer bloom (95°C) and wider bloom ratio (1:2.5) to ensure thorough extraction from dense beans. Constant-temperature pulses preserve the heavy body characteristic of PNG coffees.
