Smooth Operator is a medium-light honey-processed Catuai from Tarrazu, Costa Rica, grown at 1,800 MASL by Macho & Kevin Naranjo and roasted in Canada by Phil & Sebastian.

The cup is built around toffee sweetness and dark chocolate depth, rounded out with a toasted almond finish — the kind of balanced, crowd-pleasing profile the name promises. Honey processing adds body and a gentle sweetness without the funk of a natural.
