Sugar Heist is a medium-light roast single-origin filter coffee from La Plata, Colombia, grown by Yurani Roa Sanchez at 1,900 MASL. The Colombia varietal — a disease-resistant hybrid developed in Colombia — undergoes Double Fermentation Washed processing, which adds complexity while preserving the coffee’s clean, structured character.

Tasting notes are Cashew, Nougat, and Dried Fruit — a sweet, approachable cup where the Double Fermentation Washed process brings gentle complexity without straying far from a clean finish.
