Spring Valley Coffee is a Nairobi-based specialty roaster focused on Kenyan terroir. Zamanee is sourced from the Chepsangor Hills Women in Coffee cooperative in Nandi county, western Kenya — a community-led initiative celebrating women producers in the region.

Expect a rounded, approachable cup: peach and pear up front with a cocoa undercurrent and a clean, smooth mouthfeel. The Ruiru II and Batian varietals bring structure and body; SL-34 contributes the characteristic Kenyan sweetness and clarity.

Brewed at 93°C throughout — upper end of the medium range, justified by Nandi’s high altitude. Adjust ratio down to 1:15.5 if the cup feels thin or flat.
